ELIGIBILITY

·         Candidate should have successfully completed their MBBS from an institution recognised by MCI.

·         Candidate should obtain minimum 5 % marks in MGMPGCET 2016 to become eligible.

·         Candidate must have completed or be completing their internship by 30^th April 2016 at the latest.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

·         Candidates desirous to seek admission to PG Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses shall have to Apply ONLINE in the prescribed application form to appear in MGM PGCET - 2016.

·         The application cum examination fee for MGM PGCET- 2016 is Rs. 5500/- (Five Thousand Five Hundred only),

·         The Information Brochure and Application Form will be available online from 10.11.2015 to 05.12.2015. Before filling Online Application form, download Information Brochure of MGM PG CET-2016 and read the same carefully.

·         The Applicants must possess the required criteria and educationqualification as mentioned in the Information Brochure of MGM PGCET- 2016.

EXAM PATTERN AND SYLLABUS:

The MGM PGCET–2016 will be conducted at Mumbai, Aurangabad and Noida Centers. The examination will be conducted in English Medium. MGM PGCET – 2016 paper will be of 3 hours duration containing 300 multiple choice questions (MCQs). Each question will be of single best response objective type with four answer options. Each correct response shall be awarded one mark. There shall be No negative marking for wrong answers.

SELECTION PROCESS:

·   The selection to a course/college will be made as per merit cum preference given by the candidate

·  The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates through personal appearance as per merit list and they will be called as per schedule for Counseling

·  The schedule of Counseling will be made available on the i.e. www.mgmuhs.com after declaration of the result; no separate intimation regarding counseling will be sent; therefore, all the successful candidates are directed to be in touch with the website of the MGMIHS till date of completion of the admission process for PG Courses

ADMIT CARD:

· The Admit Cards can be downloaded from www.mgmuhs.com website after login from 08.12.2015 to 12.12.2015 up to 01.00 pm.

·Candidate has to go to Centre with downloaded Admit Card and any Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar   Card, Driving license, PAN Card, Pass port).

· Issue of Admit Card is merely an enabling document for appearing at the MGM PGCET- 2016 and does not imply that the candidate satisfies all the requirements of eligibility conditions of admission.

DECLARATION OF PROVISIONAL RESULT/MARKS

·  The Competent Authority shall declare the provisional result/marks scored by candidates of MGM PGCET- 2016 on MGM Institute website on or before 16.01.2016. The candidates should download the copy of provisional result/marks by login at website. The Final ALL INDIA Merit List will be generated after verification of marks.

· In case of any typographical error in result, regarding name, age, gender, category etc. should be informed to MGM Institute within 24 hours for necessary corrections if any.

·There will be no rechecking/ revaluation of answer sheets. However the candidate can apply for verification of marks to the Competent Authority by 23.01.2016 in prescribed online form which needs to be downloaded and printed from website and must be sent along with fees of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to be paid by Demand Draft in favor of “MGM Institute of Helath Sciences” payable at Mumbai and drawn on any nationalized/ scheduled commercial bank. The candidate will be given photocopy of the answer sheet and model answer key after verification by Speed post.

·The Final ALL INDIA RANK merit list will be generated after completing verification of marks.
