Manipal University (MU) OET 2016 is an online
entrance test for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses at three
institutes affiliated to the Manipal University- Manipal Institute of
Technology, Manipal, Manipal University Jaipur and Sikkim Manipal Institute of
Technology. These online tests are conducted in multiple cities from April
14th, 2016 to May 21st, 2016. Successful candidates will be given admissions on
the basis of rank in All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test 2016 and
as much as 50% marks are required to qualify in the entrance exam.
ELIGIBILITY

Citizenship:
Indian nationals.
Qualification:
Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics,
Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or
Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with
a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of
the optional subjects.

Test Date: The MU-OET will be
held between11.04.2016 and 21.05.2016.Candidates can select the test schedule
of their choice in the Online Test Booking System
Merit List: General Category:
Based on the marks obtained in MU-OET, Manipal University will declare a list
of all candidates appeared for the entrance test on or before 26.05.2016 in the
website. In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks, the
inter-se merit of such candidates will be determined on the basis of higher
marks in the order of preference as under:

Physics in MU-OET 2016
•
Chemistry in MU-OET2016
•
PCM marks in 10+2
•
In
case marks secured in the above are equal, the candidate senior in age will be
ranked higher
Application
Process:
The application form for online entrance test
are available online and offline. The applicants can fill their application in
the suitable way. Applications form also be available at any authorized SBI
branch, can be purchased form their or can be downloaded.

To apply by downloading
the form- Application for is
available at www.manipal.edu, can be downloaded from there.
After filling application has to be sent at Manipal University with DD of Rs
1000/-.

MU OET 2016 E-hall ticket will be available after
24 hours of schedule booking by candidates. It is necessary document candidates
should hold while coming to the exam.
