Candidates who wish to apply for post
graduate medical and dental entrance exam can download the application form.
The last date of submitting the BVP MEDPET 2016 and DENPET 2016 application
form along with the application fee is November 27, 2015.

Candidates who are applying for post graduate medical exam have
to choose MEDPET 2016 from the drop down list in the course name, likewise
candidates applying for dental exam have to choose DENPET 2016 from the drop
down list

After selecting the course, candidates have to click on
‘Register Now’ option to register themselves
·
Candidates have to fill the online application form carefully
and pay the requisite application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net
Banking
·
After completing the registration process, candidates will see a
confirmation page on their screens
·
After seeing the confirmation page, candidates have to logout
and re-login again to download the summary of their application
·
Candidates are advised to save and print a copy of the
application
·

The application form will be provided from the University office.The application
form will be provided along with the admission brochure. Candidates are
required to fill the the important details and then it should reach to the BVP
CET Department on or before the given time. Taking about the application fee
then candidates are required to pay Rs. 3000 for these courses ( MD, MD,
Diploma and MDS). The payment should be done via demand draft that should be
given in favor of ‘The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University’ payable
at Pune. Except demand draft, the payment can also be done via pay order that
too from Bharati Sahakari Bank only.
Selection
Procedure

The Admissions to M.D/M.S and Diploma
courses to Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Pune and
Sangli will be made on the basis of merit obtained by the candidate in medical
post graduate entrance test i.e. MEDPET-2016
·
For Admission to Post Graduate
Medical courses, the candidates must secure minimum 50% marks and candidates
belonging to SC/ST category minimum 40% marks in the MEDPET-2016
·
In case of candidates having equal
marks in MEDPET-2016 the following procedure shall be adopted as a tie-breaker
1)First preference to the candidates on the basis of
higher marks obtained in the III MBBS exam
2)In case of equal marks in the (1) above, preference will be decided on grand total of marks secured by the candidate at I, II and III MBBS exams
3)If equal, preference shall be decided on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate at the XII Std. Exam in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects taken together
4)If equal, preference shall be decided on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in the X Std. exam
2)In case of equal marks in the (1) above, preference will be decided on grand total of marks secured by the candidate at I, II and III MBBS exams
3)If equal, preference shall be decided on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate at the XII Std. Exam in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects taken together
4)If equal, preference shall be decided on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in the X Std. exam

The result of BVP MEDPET and BVP DENPET 2016 will be declared,
tentatively in the month of January, 2016. The results will be declared in the
form of marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam. Candidates have
to login to their BVP account by entering their USER ID/EMAIL ID and Password
to check their individual score.
·
The counselling of BVP MEDPET 2016 and BVP DENPET 2016 will be
conducted tentatively in the month of January, 2016. The counselling will be
conducted in an offline mode for the allotment of MD/MS/Diploma and MDS seats
in Bharti Vidya Peeth Deemed University, Pune.
