National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is the national level examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi. NEET 2017 (previously known as AIPMT) is likely to be held on May 10 at various test centres across the nation. As if now dates are (tentative). Moreover, the last date of registration process is likely to be out January 23, 2017.
Recent update on NEET -UG:
- The NEET-UG will be conducted in six additional languages from the commencing academic session 2017-18, a statement released by the Union Health Ministry
- The six languages in which the exams will be conducted are Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu and Tamil apart from conventional English, Hindi
- "In addition to this, candidates qualifying for NEET will be eligible to an all-India quota and other quotas under the state governments/ institutes, irrespective of the medium in which the exam is taken by the candidate," said the Ministry.
Meanwhile, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2016 was successfully conducted on July 24 and the results for the same were released on August 16. The results of the second round of seat allotment for NEET 2016 were declared on September 12.

The authority (CBSE) will officially announce the NEET 2017 examination dates very soon. The NEET 2017 examination may be conducted on 7th May 2017. The notification for exam schedule of NEET 2017 will be released before 10th January 2017. The registration for NEET 2017 may be started after 15th January 2017. The last date to submit the application form shall be last week of January 2017 (For fee through online mode).
