SRMJEEE 2017: Dates, Admit card, Application Form, Result

SRMJEEE 2017 (SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam)  will be organized by SRM university for admission to undergraduate engineering programme offered at its four different campuses namely Ramapuram, Ramapuram Part– Vadapalani , Kattankulathur and  NCR Ghaziabad. It is a well-known national level entrance test SRMJEEE 2017going to be conducted on April 1 to 30, 2017 and its application is available from 18th November, 2016.

SRMJEEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE is given below:

• Only resident Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
• Candidates should have obtained 65% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in aggregate.
• Minimum eligibility for admission to Biomedical, biotechnology, genetic and bioinformatics engineering: Candidates should have obtained 65% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics.

How to Apply for SRMJEEE 2017 ?

Prospectus sale will begin from October, 2016 onwards. Candidates need to fill up the form very genuinely and before the given deadline. Application form submission and payment of fee can be done via following three methods:

Online application with payment through the demand draft

In this case, candidates are required to download the form from the official website and thereafter the same needs to be sent to the university mailing address. The demand draft needs to be made in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai.

Obtain the application form from university campus and submit the same

Candidates can obtain the application form from campuses namely SRM University Sikkim, Gangtok, SRM University Haryana, Sonepat, SRM University, NCR Campus, Delhi, SRM University, Vadapalani Campus, SRM University, Ramapuram Campus, SRM University, Kattankulathur Campus.

Apply online and do the payment through Unique Voucher code and E-Payment

Candidates need to apply in online mode and then remit the application fee through prepaid Unique Voucher code or in online mode.

SRMJEEE 2017 Exam Pattern 

There will be four parts in the exam.

1. Part 1 will contain 35 questions from Physics containing 105 marks.
2. Part 2 will contain 35 questions from Chemistry containing 105 marks.
3. Part 3 will contain 35 questions from Mathematics containing 105 marks.
4. Part 4 will contain 35 questions from Mathematics containing 105 marks.

Total marks of the paper will be 315.

SRMJEEE Negative Marking Rule: One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, whereas 0.7 in Biology.

SRMJEEE Admit Card

Admit card will be available for the list of candidates who have submitted the form successfully in the prescribed format and within the given deadline. Admit card will contain important information related to the test. All mentioned information should be verified by candidates and in case any sorts of discrepancy have found, the same needs to be notified to the concerned authority.

SRMJEEE 2017 application form has been available from 18th November 2016. Eligible candidates can apply for SRMJEEE 2017 for B.Tech admission in the campuses of SRM University. SRMJEEE is popularly known as SRM Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMEEE). Candidates can check this article for getting information about SRMEEE application form 2017.

SRMJEEE 2017 Application Form

Students can fill the SRMJEEE 2017 application form through online as well as offline mode. The online application form can be filled online by accessing the official website of SRM University. Aspirants can also fill the application online and thereafter send the filled-in application with the DD of Rs. 1060/- drawn in favour of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. Candidates should write their name and address on the reverse of DD and send to:

Application Fee

The cost of application form is Rs. 1060/-. The online application fee can be paid through e-payment/Unique Voucher Code.

SRMJEE Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must be an Indian National or must have passed 11th and 12th class from the education board of India.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 with PCM/PCB and secured 65% aggregate marks (for Kattankulathur Campus) and 60% aggregate marks for other three campuses and SRM University, Haryana.

Students who have attempted Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in SRMJEEE 2017 are eligible for admission in all the B.Tech degree programs.

Candidates who have attempted SRMJEEE with PCB group are eligible for admission to B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics and Genetic engineering program.

In the first step, you have to register yourself.

Enter registration details and click on proceed to apply.

Login using login ID and password that has been sent in your registered mail ID.

Now, enter program details, personal details, exam details, address and educational details.

Upload scanned signature and photograph; click on ‘save and continue’ button.

Pay the requisite application fee with e-payment or unique voucher code.

Step-5: Fee Payment Process
