  • ü  Christ University reserves the right to change / alter the dates or timing at any given time during the application process.

  • ü  Candidates should make sure that they enter the correct marks in the “previous qualification” field entry given in the online application form as this data will be carried forward for preparing the selection list. Any error in the marks entered will be treated as fraudulence/falsification of marks and the application will be rejected at any given time during the application/selection or admission process.
  • ü  Christ University does not authorize any member/third party to process the application or admissions.
  • ü  Candidates must report for the selection process on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated in the selection process admit card along with a valid identity (ID) proof (Driving License/Passport/Electoral ID/Aadhar Card) in original, without which the candidates will not be permitted to appear for the selection process.
  • ü  Cellular phones, satellite phone, pager, scientific calculators etc., are not allowed into the selection process venue.
  • ü  No TA/DA or any accommodation facility will be admissible for appearing for the selection process at Christ University.
  • ü  The date and time of selection process will be assigned and updated on the University website on "Application Status" link after processing the application. The candidate must login by entering his application number and date of birth.

The candidate will have to appear for the selection process on the allotted date and time mentioned on the selection process admit card with the following original documents:
1. The selection process admit card (Mandatory).
2.Copy of the filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent/guardian and the candidate (Mandatory).
3. One copy of the SBI application processing fee challan / online payment acknowledgement slip (Mandatory).
4. A valid Photo ID (Driving License / Passport / Electoral ID / Aadhar Card).
5. 2 passport size (Photo size of 35mm x 45 mm with white background - standard Indian passport format only) and 2 stamp size photographs. Write your name and application number behind the photographs (No photocopy required).
6. Original & 1 set of photocopy of statement of marks of class 10, class 12 and degree marks card (Mandatory).
7. Original & 1 set of photocopy of provisional degree certificates if candidate has completed / graduated on or before November 2015 (Mandatory).
8. Original & 1 set of photocopy of degree certificates (final convocation) if candidate has completed / graduated on or before June 2015 (Mandatory).
9. Original & 1 set of photocopy of entrance test score card (Sep MAT 2015 / Dec MAT 2015 / GMAT 2015 / CAT 2015 / CMAT 2015 / ATMA 2015) (Mandatory).
10. Copy of transfer certificate from last qualified Institution (If available).
11. Copy of migration certificate for candidates from outside of Karnataka (If available).
12. Copy of passport and visa page for candidates from outside India.

The selection processes admit card for eligible candidates will be generated on January 27, 2016.

1. The selection process includes the following criterion: academic performance (class 10, class 12 and undergraduate degree), Group discussion (GD), Micro Presentation (MP), Written Assessment (WA), Verbal Assessment (VA) and Personal Interview (PI).
2. Candidates must report for the above selection process on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated on the selection process admit card.
3. Travel arrangements for out station candidates must be made in advance as per the selection process dates published on our website.
4. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process.
5. Candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions.
6. GD/MP results will be intimated under the “Important Dates” Section.
7. All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2016" during the GD. The MP topics will be released on December 15, 2015 by 3 pm.
8. Only candidates shortlisted after the GD/MP must appear for the WA, VA and PI.
9. Request for change in GD / PI dates / time / venue will not be entertained.
10. Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link "Application Status" from our website and print the same.
11. Offer of admission to the MBA programme of Christ University will be based on availability of seats in the Main campus and Kengeri Campus.
The Guidelines are as follows:

Centre Details For Selection Process:
1. On processing the application, an E-admit card will be uploaded for the selection processes. TheCentre allotment is based on the candidate’s preference on the application form and further change will not be entertained. However, Christ University reserves the right to cancel, combine or change the test Centre, depending on the number of candidates in specific Centres.
2. Candidates can access the E-Admit card from the Christ University website at the link "Application Status" by typing his/her 16 digit unique id/application number and date of birth.
3. You will not be allowed to appear for the Selection Process without the E-Admit Card
4. Candidates must report for the selection process at the allotted date and atleast 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated in the E-Admit Card
5. Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process and the application fee is Non Refundable, in any case
6. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions
7. Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained.
8. Cellular phone, Satellite phone, pager. etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue, in any case.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of Christ University at any Centre.

10. The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

Christ University - MBA Admission Application Procedure

Applications are available in the online format on www.christuniversity.in from October 1, 2015 until 8 pm of January 25, 2016.

Kindly note that only ONE application form will be accepted for each candidate. The Application and Selection Process for MBA (CU) (Kengeri/Main Campus), PGDM (CU) with MBA (FHWS, Germany), MBA with MS (VCU, USA) and MBA with Western Michigan University USA is the same. Candidates need not apply separately for each course/preference.
All candidates must follow the following steps to process and apply using the online application form:
The online application can either be processed after remitting the application processing fee at SBI core banking branches in the prescribed SBI Challan Format given on the University website or through the ‘payment gateway’ option with a valid Credit / Debit Card / Net banking facility (details are given under the preferred program page on the University website).

To fill in the application form, you must have:
a) A copy of the remitted SBI Application processing Fee Challan of Rs 1200/- (Non- refundable) from any Core Banking Branch of State Bank of India / A Valid Credit / Debit Card or Net banking facility.
b) A valid e-mail ID and mobile no. for further communication (An System generated e-mail confirmation with the application number and date of birth entered into the Online Application will be sent to the provided e-mail ID).
c) Class 10 and Class 12 Marks Statement.
d) Mark Statement of Semester I, II, III, IV, V & VI /  Year I, II & III, if Candidate is pursuing a Six Semesters / Three year Undergraduate course.
e) Mark Statement of Semester I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII / Year I, II, III & IV, if Candidate is pursuing a Eight Semesters / Four year Undergraduate course.
f) Mark Statement of Semester I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX & X / Year I, II, III, IV & V, if Candidate is pursuing a Ten Semesters / Five year Undergraduate course.
g) Provisional Degree Certificate, if Candidate has completed / graduated on or before November 2015.
h) Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate), if candidate has graduated on or before June 2015.
 i) Copy of Transfer Certificate from last qualified Institution (TC) [If available].
 j) Copy of Migration Certificate (MIG) is applicable only for candidates from outside Karnataka [If available].
k) Copy of Score Card (Sep / Dec MAT 15 / CMAT 15 / CAT 15 / ATMA 15 / GMAT 15 /  XAT 16) Statement.
 l) Copy of Passport and Visa Page (If available) if from Outside India.
 m) Copy of work related documents (Joining letter / Experience Letter & Latest Salary Slip) (Full Time / Part Time / Family Business also considered) (MANDATORY) for Candidates selected for the Dual Degree PGDM (CU)+MBA, (FHWS,Germany) Programme.

GUIDELINES
1. Applications are available in the ‘Online’ format only on our website at app.christuniversity.in. Enter all details given in page one and click “continue”
2. Read the “Application Fee Guideline “and check the box given below and click “Accept”. Read all the “Terms and Conditions” in detail and tick the mandatory fields given below and click “Continue”.
3. Fill-in the details given in “Pre-requisite check” page and click “Continue”. Choose the payment option and follow the instructions given in the “Application processing Fee Details” page and thereafter. If you choose, “SBI challan”, fill all required details and click “Continue” and proceed to fill all details. If you choose “Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking”, verify the amount given and click “Pay Online”. You may choose “Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking” and continue to proceed to pay the application form.
4. After the application fee is paid online, you must proceed further with the application to fill your personal details, educational details, work experience, address etc.  Fill-in all applicable fields in the Online Application Form after which Click "Submit". In case of any system/technical failure occurring during the application process, after making the payment online, you may revisit the application page and fills all details once again with 48 hours. If you fail to do so, you are required to pay again and fill-in the application form. However, the initial paid amount for which the application was not submitted successfully, will be refunded.  
5. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. Incase you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”.
6. After submitting, you will receive the Application Number and your Date of Birth with the option to print your application form.
7. Kindly print and sign the application form after filling in further details on the printed application form. Keep a Copy of the application form for your further reference and to produce at the time of selection process.

Candidates need to send the following documents in an A4 size Envelope:
1. One Copy of the SBI Application processing fee paid Challan/Online Transaction Details.
2. 2 recent passport size (Photo size of 35mm x 45 mm with White background - Standard Indian Passport Format Only) and 2 Stamp Size photographs. (Write your name and application number behind the photographs)

Candidates, who are unable to print the application form due to system/power/internet failure, may log on to the “Application Status” link and enter the application number and the date of birth details to view and print the application form.
8. Office of Admissions will update Selection Process E- Admit card for the Selection Process only after receiving the printed application form along with ALL the above mentioned supporting documents. Selection Process E-Admit card will not be uploaded if all the supporting documents along with the printed application form do not reach the Office of Admissions within the stipulated date and time.

The application and supporting documents should reach the Office of Admissions within 5 days of submitting the application online or on or before 8 PM of Januray 27, 2016.
Candidates must mark ‘MBA Admissions 2016 - ’ on the top left hand corner of the A4 size envelope for faster processing of application form.


Note: Applications with supporting documents specified must be submitted in A4 size envelope only.

Christ University - MBA Admission Eligibility

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

>A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September - 2015 or December 2015 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2015) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2015
And
>50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters / years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2016 are also eligible to apply.

>Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA / GMAT is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process


(Candidates must note that if selected, admission is provisional and subject to University rules - Any documents that are pending to be submitted to Office of Admissions, Christ University, must be submitted on or before August 20, 2016. Failing to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying exam and admission will be terminated from Christ University).
