BLDEU PGET - Medical Admission 2016

The University has been established by the BLDE Association which is one of the most charitable associations in Karnataka. At BLDE University they are committed to quality medical education keeping in view that the medical profession is the most challenging and noble one. They are challenged with globalization and growing competition from National and International Universities. At BLDEU, they are constantly striving hard to modernize our campus with word-class infrastructure, adding new tech-tools for teaching and research and adopting global best practices in whatever they do.

Eligibility Criteria
Only those candidates, who satisfy or likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Post Graduate courses will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDEU-PGET-2016 and subsequently for admission to the course.
Eligibility requirements to appear for BLDEU-PGET-2016 and admission to the medical Post Graduate Diploma and Degree Courses are:-
1. The candidates seeking admission to these courses should have passed MBBS from the college recognized by Medical Council of India.
2. As specified by Medical Council of India, the minimum percentage of marks in the entrance test for eligibility for admission to Post Graduate courses shall be: a) General category 50 percent b) SC/ ST & OBC (OBC as declared by Government of Karnataka from time to time) Category 40 percent c) Candidates with 40 to 70% locomotor disability of lower limbs (as certified by competent issuing authority) category 45 percent.
3. The candidate should have completed the compulsory rotating internship / would be completing by 30th April 2016.
4. Foreign / PIO / NRI students are exempted from BLDEU-PGET-2016. Their admission will be based on qualifying examination marks.
Note: Eligibility criteria changes if any, effected by MCI or any other competent Regulatory Authorities shall be adopted.

The MCI norms to qualify for PGET & Admissions Candidates seeking admission to these Post Graduate Degree courses should have passed M.B.B.S. recognised by Medical Council of India or equivalent qualification and should have obtained permanent Registration from the Medical Council of India or any of the State/ Medical council or candidate should register the same within one month from the date of admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled.
Provided that in the case of a foreign national, the MCI may on the payment of prescribed fee for the registration, grant temporary registration for the duration of post graduate training restricted to the medical college/ institute to which the applicant is admitted for the time being exclusively for post graduate studies; provided further, that temporary registration to such foreign national shall be subjected to the condition that such person is duly registered as medical practioner in his own country from which the applicant has obtained his/her basic medical qualification and that his/her degree is recognized by the corresponding medical council or respective competent authority. If the candidate fails to fulfill the relevant eligibility requirements as mentioned above he/she will not be considered eligible for admission for Medical Postgraduate Degree and Diploma Courses even if he/she is placed in the merit list of BLDEU-PGET-2016. The candidates are advised not to submit their applications for BLDEU-PGET 2016, if they do not fulfill any one or all the relevant eligibility criteria. Rank list/ Rank Card will be prepared only for those candidates who are eligible for Post Graduate Courses as per the regulations of Medical Council of India.

Note:
· Change of category status like SC, ST, Karnataka OBC, or locomotor disability will not be entertained during the process. As such students are cautioned to declare their status while filling the application.
· If the candidate is unable to satisfy the requirements for status of SC, ST or Karnataka OBC or locomotor disability he/she will be considered under general category.
· Candidate should attach self attested copy of respective category certificate along with application form.

How to apply
Application forms can be downloaded from our website. Relevant information and data entry is to be made in the online application format by the candidate before generating the application form.
Hard copy of the generated application form along with relevant enclosures should be sent to the University.

Note: provision for online submission of application is not available.
Instructions to candidates for filling the application form.

a. Payment of entrance test / application fees Rs. 4000/- can be paid ONLINE or through DD. If paid through ONLINE please ensure that:
   1. Take the print of Online Payment Receipt and attach the same along with Application form and also keep a copy for record.
If paid through DD please ensure that:
   1. Demand Draft for Rs 4,000/- is drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103
   2. Ensure that the D.D is payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka State. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected for any reasons (because of incomplete information or ineligibility of the candidate) or if the candidate does not appear for the Entrance Test.

b. To generate the application form, Data Entry has to be made properly and completely, as this data form University data base and will be considered as final record.

c. The completed application form must have the signature of the candidate, left thumb impression, signature of candidate's parent/guardian

d. Do not send any ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS along with the application form.
   1. Affix your recent (not older than six months) color photograph in the space provided.
   2. Photographs should be of passport size, sharp and clear.
   3. Candidate, who regularly wears spectacles, shall send his photograph wearing spectacle.
   4. Person should not wear Goggle, Cap etc which will mask identity. Application with smudged /    
tampered or hazy photograph will be rejected
   5. Photograph should not be stapled or pinned on the application form.
   6. Signature and attestation is not required on the photograph.

e. Incomplete / incorrect applications are liable to be rejected without any notice to the candidate.

f.Any application received after the last date shall not be accepted; whatever may be the cause.

g. The application form is said to be complete only if it is enclosed with all the documents mentioned below and after verification of the same submitted in person / speed post / courier.

Payment of Entrance Test / Application fee : Rs. 4000/- can be paid ONLINE or through DD.
· If paid through ONLINE (SBI Collect) please ensure that, Take the print of Online Payment Receipt and attach the same along with Application form and also keep a copy for record and Enter the “SBCollect Reference Number” of 10 digit (for eg: DU12345678) in the Online application form in the space provided.

Online payment procedure:
·         Select payment type “Online”
·         A new “State Bank Collect” window will open, at the left side of the bottom Click on ‘Checkbox’ to “Accept Terms & Conditions” and Click on Proceed.
·         On the next screen Select Payment Category as “PGET-2016” and complete all the fields (Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile No., BLDEU-PGET-Application No.) with correct information and proceed as instructed and Click on Submit button.
·         On the next screen, verify the details and click on “Confirm” button. If there is any correction go back and do the correction and Confirm.
·         On the next Screen “Multi Option Payment System” will be displayed along with the different bank charges. Select appropriate Mode of Payment and the same will proceed to “SBI Secure Payment Gateway” fill all the required information and Click on PAY button. v Take the printout of “Online Payment Receipt” and enter the “SBCollect Reference Number” in Online application form in the space provided.

OR

· If paid through DD: Enter the six digit DD number in the Online application form in the space provided. (Send the DD along with application form)
· Enter the name of the bank from where the DD was purchased in the space provided.
· Ensure that the DD is signed by the Bank authorities and payable at VIJAYAPURA (BIJAPUR)- 586103, KARNATAKA

Checklist of the documents to accompany the completed application form
1.   If paid through ONLINE please ensure that, Take the print of Online Payment Receipt and attach the same along with Application form.
2.   If entrance test / application fee paid through DD, Demand Draft for Rs 4000/- drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, Vijayapura (Bijapur) payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)- 586103, Karnataka State. (Write your full name and application number on the back of DD). Check for the banker's signature on the DD.

Issue of Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT Card)
1. Hard copies of the TAT card will not be sent by post / courier; hence eligible candidates are informed to download their TAT cards from University website from 15-12-2015 onwards.
2. Candidates, who have applied, can check the status of application, from the website.
 3. The candidate must not mutilate the TAT Card or change any entry, made therein after the University authorities have authenticated it.
4. Candidate should bring Original Identity proof (for eg. Adhar Card, Voting Card, Driving license, Pan Card) along with TAT card to the TEST centre.

Test Scheme BLDEU-PGET-2016 will have the following pattern.
There will be only one test which will have 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQ). The time allotted for the test shall be 180 minutes. The test will begin at 10.00 am and end at 1.00 pm Candidates are required to mark their answers in an OMR (Optical Mark Reader) Answer Sheet. Each correct answer is awarded with one mark. There will be no negative marking. No marks will be awarded for multiple marking (marking multiple responses) for any question.

PGET-2016 Syllabus
The scope of the syllabus for the Post Graduate Medical Entrance is based on the M.B.B.S. syllabus as prescribed by MCI. The number of questions related to each subject in BLDEU-PGET-2016 is approximately mentioned below.


The Rank list
Any verifications / clarifications sought by the applicants will be put forth to the Committee for their consideration and the decision given by the committee will be final and shall be binding on all. No further claims will be considered. The final merit / rank list will be generated based on the performance in the entrance test and the same will be published on or before 15th January, 2016

Inter-se Merit
Ties in the test scores, if any, will be resolved on the basis of the Inter Se Merit as defined and in the order specified below:
· Total aggregate percentage scored in the M.B.B.S. exams of all the three phases
· Number of additional attempts during the M.B.B.S. course
· The age of the candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate.

Information regarding Counselling, Seat Selection & Admission procedure
BLDE University will conduct first counselling, seat allotment and admission process on 10 th March 2016, for eligible candidates for the admission to Post Graduate courses for the academic year 2016- 2017 as per the merit list based on results of the Post Graduate Entrance Test of BLDE University, Vijayapura (Bijapur).

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to appear for the exam is as follows:

·         A candidate should have passed final MBBS Examination from a recognized Medical College or any foreign medical degree, recognized from Medical Council of India and have obtained permanent registration certificate from Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Council after completing one year compulsory rotator internship shall be eligible to appear in MGM PGCET-2014 of MGMIHS

·         The candidates who are likely to complete their internship on or before 31/03/2014 are also eligible to appear in MGM PGCET-2014 provided they should submit documentary proof from their principals / Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of internship.

·         The candidate must produce documentary evidence for registration with Medical Council at the time of counseling for admission.

·         The candidate should obtain minimum 50 percent marks in MGM PGCET-2014 to become eligible for admission to Post Graduate Courses.

·         Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the PG Course are not eligible for appearing at MGM PGCET-2014. However the candidate who has completed or pursuing PG Diploma is eligible to appear for MGM PGCET-2014 for PG Degree in the same subject only.

·         The Candidate applying for foreign / PIO/ NRI category need not appear for MGM PGCET-2014. Their admission will be based on qualifying examination marks. 

·         The candidates who are likely to complete their compulsory rotatory internship after 31st March 2014 shall not be considered for admission to the Postgraduate course of MGMIHS.

·         The candidates who have passed their MBBS Examination from Medical College which are not recognized from Medical Council of India shall not be eligible.

Selection Process

·         The selection to a course / college will be made as per merit cum preference given by the candidate
·         The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates through personal appearance as per merit list and they will be called as per schedule for Counseling
·         The schedule of Counseling will be made available on the declaration of the result; no separate intimation regarding counseling will be sent; therefore, all the successful candidates are directed to be in touch with the website of the MGMIHS till date of completion of the admission process for PG Courses
·         The candidates will have the right to choose any one of the available seats at his/her rank from the general category seats only and the same will be allotted to them
·         The qualified candidates are required to submit preference form ONLINE for their option regarding the subject and college before the last date prescribed in the scheduled of MGM PGCET-2015
·         The candidate should submit only one preference form; submission of more than one form may lead to disqualification
·         The selection will be on the basis of merit and the preference submitted by the candidate in their preference form
·         The choice of Course and College once entered in the preference form shall be final and irrevocable; the final data shall be used in the entire selection process for admission to PG Course for the academic year 2015-16

Application Procedure

Candidates desirous to seek admission to PG medical (Degree/Diploma) courses shall have to apply ONLINE in the prescribed application form to appear in MGM PGCET – 2015
The application cum examination fee for MGM PGCET-2015 is Rs.5500/- (Five thousand five hundred only) (Additional Late fee ofRs.1000/- only will be applicable after due date)
The information Brochure and application Form will be available online from 20th November 2014 (Thursday)
Before filling Online Application form, download information brochure of MGM PG CET- 2015 and read the same carefully; the Applicants must possess the required criteria and education qualification as mentioned in the Information Brochure of MGM PGCET-2015

c) Instructions page will be displayed; carefully read the Instructions for filling online form; after reading Instructions, applicant has to click next button to go to actual Online Application form
d) Candidate should fill all the entries in application form and upload his/ her Scanned photograph and signature
e) System will validate required fields before allowing him / her to submission
f) During submission the application system will ask to Candidate for Password
g) Eligible Candidate will be able to submit the form; there is provision to make changes in the Application Form before Click onSubmit button; candidate should verify the Correctness of entries made in application form; there is no provision to make changes in the application form once Submit Button is clicked
h) After submission of form Bank Challan will be displayed in two parts
i) Unique Application No. (Username) along with details of nonrefundable required fee Rs.5500/- (Or Rs.6500/- with late fee) will be available on challan and same details will be mailed to the Candidate on his given E-mail ID
j) Candidate should take printout of Bank Challan; with this Challan pay the required fee in any Branch of State Bank of India on Second Working Day on-words, from the day of Printing Challan and obtain your copy of Challan indicating Journal ID/Transaction ID (For example if you have submitted the application form online Application Form
k) Candidate should login with Application No. (User Name) and his/her unique Password to download the printout of Application Form; candidate has to preserve the downloaded printout of Application Form for subsequent use
l) Applicants need not send copy of Application Form or any Document to this office

Exam Pattern:
  • The scope of the syllabus for the PG medical/Dental entrance test is based on the MBBS/BDS syllabus.
  • There will be no negative marking.
  • Question Paper will be of 3 hours duration containing 300 MCQs.

Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical Post Graduate Dental Combined Entrance Test MH PGM PGD CET 2014 is conducted for providing admission to the eligible candidates into Post graduate courses of the associated institutes. ELIGIBILITY
To apply for this Medical PG Entrance Exam, the aspiring candidate must have done M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India.
However, the candidates who will complete their internship before 31st March of the respective year can also apply.

Other Eligibility Condition for taking MH PGM PGD CET :
Eligibility for PGM CET :
A candidate must be an Indian National.
Eligibility for In-service candidates will be as per criteria laid down by the Public Health Department for M.M. & H.S. Medical Officer candidates and E.S.I.S. candidates; and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for BMC candidates.
The candidates who are domiciled in Maharashtra and who have obtained admission under 15% quota for All India Entrance Examination (AIEE) for MBBS course and who have obtained the degree from a University situated outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible for PGM-CET.
The candidate who has obtained MBBS degree from a Deemed University is not eligible to appear for PGM-CET.
Eligibility for PGD CET :
A candidate must be an Indian National.
A candidate who has obtained BDS Degree before introduction of one year compulsory rotating internship training, i.e. on or before 1989, will also be eligible to appear for PGD-CET.
A Candidate who has obtained BDS degree from a Deemed University is not eligible to appear for PGD-CET.
A candidate should have obtained DCI/MSDC registration by the date of Preference Form filling process.
The candidates who were admitted to the colleges/institutions which are now affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) will be eligible till such time as they are awarded the degrees by the University established under Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
Candidates who are domiciled in Maharashtra and who have obtained admission under 15% quota for All India Entrance Examination (AIEE) for BDS course and who have obtained the degree from a university situated outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible for PGD-CET.

Application Form and Fees for Exam

The Competent Authority shall issue prescribed application form along with information Brochure containing procedures for admission to postgraduate courses
An applicant seeking admission to the PGM-CET-2015 will be required to submit single prescribed online application form (Excepts In-service Candidates) (ANNEXURE "H" Specimen Copy of online application form)
In-service candidates should submit in person Computerized Scanable Application form to the concerned Authorities (DHS, ESIS & BMC) as Mentioned in Rule No.8.3. (Annexure “I” Specimen Copy of Computerized Scanable Application form)
Cost of online application form of PGM CET 2015 and examination fee is Rs.3000/- plus Rs.60/- Bank Charges; this amount is not refundable (For Cost of Application Form of In-Service Candidates refer rule no 8.3.3)
PGM-CET-2015 will be conducted at Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad and Nagpur centres. Candidate can choose the centre for exam as per his choice and indicate the same in online application form/Scanable Application form for In-Service Candidates
Such choice once exercised will be final and binding

‘Apply Online for PGM CET-2015’ link will be available on DMER website www.dmer.org. Click on the above Link Application form link will be displayed. Click on Application form link. Instructions page will be displayed. Carefully read the Instructions for filling online form. After reading Instructions, applicant has to click NEXT button to go to actual Online Application form (Annexure “H”)
Candidate should take printout of Bank Challan. With this Challan pay the required fee in any Branch of State Bank of India on Second Working Day onwards, from the day of Printing Challan and obtain your copy of Challan indicating Journal ID/Transition ID. ‘Log In’ Link will be available on DMER website www.dmer.org to verify the Application Form

MH PGM PGD CET 2016 Exam Pattern: The entrance exam of MH PGM PGD CET 2016 will be a pen & paper based test as per the syllabus prescribed by the examination authority. The online question booklet of MH PGM PGD CET 2016 will have questions based on the topics taught during MBBS programmes
For MD/MS:
·         Duration: 3 Hours & 30 Minutes
·         Number of Questions: 300 Objective based multiple choice questions
·         Marking Scheme: 1 marks for each correct response
·         Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for incorrect response
·         Syllabus: Exam will be based on the syllabus for MBBS programmes

For MDS:
·         Duration: 1 hours 30 minutes (90 minutes)
·         No. of questions: 100 Objective based multiple choice questions
·         Marking Scheme: 1 marks for each correct response
·         Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for incorrect response
·         Syllabus: Exam will be based on the syllabus taught during BDS

MH PGM PGD CET 2016 Result: The result of MH PGM PGD CET 2016 will be declared within a month after scheduled date of entrance exam. The examination authority will declare result of only those candidates who will score qualifying marks in the entrance exam. Candidate belonging to General category must secure not less than 50% marks and candidate belonging to Constitutional Reservation category & Constitutional Reservation category with Persons with disability (PWD) must secure not less than 40% marks to pass the MH PGM PGD CET 2016.
MH PGM PGD CET 2016 Merit List: The examination authority will prepare the merit list of candidates as per their marks scored in the entrance exam. The merit list of MH PGM PGD CET 2016 will be declared for those candidates who will secure the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. To qualify the entrance exam General category candidates have to score a minimum of 50% of the total marks.

MH PGM PGD CET 2016 Counselling: The examination authority DMER will conduct MH PGM PGD CET 2016 counselling in three and more rounds for allotment of MD/MS/MDS seats. The   schedule,   seat   distribution and procedure regarding preference form filling process and details of further admission process will be made available to the eligible candidates after the declaration of result. Candidate has to be present personally for filling of preference form. Seats will be allotted to candidates as per their preference and rank in the state merit list. At the time of filling the preference form the candidate should bring all original documents and a set of attested copies of the same in support of claim made in application form i.e. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, non-creamy layer certificate, etc.
